The Lyric engaged Eyekiller to effectively showcase the Theatre’s diverse and evolving program of in-house productions, visiting work, learning programmes and venue facilities to its full potential online.

The Lyric’s ‘What’s On’ programme sits at the heart of the new website, instantly appealing to a myriad of different audiences. The ‘look and feel’ of the overall website is of a shared civic space for artists and audiences alike – a place that has something for everyone.
Welcome one and all
We maximised User Experience (UX) to deliver an accessible and memorable experience for users of all ages, cultures and abilities. The sales path through the site to the booking engine is seamless, providing the end-user with an intuitive and ‘frustration-free’ user experience, enabling them to access the information they require and easily complete key tasks, such as buying tickets online.
Bringing culture to your inbox
Keeping The Lyric at the forefront of pandemic developments, Eyekiller developed a brand-new On Demand digital platform containing the newest shows. This enabled the Theatre to continue to engage with its audiences in what was a very challenging time for all. The legacy is yet another way to connect with theatre lovers.
Marketing toolkit
The website is fully integrated with Spektrix box office software for ticketing, marketing and fundraising, and a flexible content management system gives the Lyric Theatre team full control over content. Search Engine Optimisation, social media activity and email marketing can all be achieved with ease. The team is equipped with all the digital marketing tools that a modern theatre requires to increase footfall, nurture relationships and ultimately drive revenue.
