Building on an extensive Discovery stage and in-depth UX audit, we planned a modern, mobile-first experience that better serves service users, supporters, volunteers and staff. The new platform provides clearer pathways to support, enhances digital fundraising and ensures the organisation can communicate its mission with greater clarity and impact, all underpinned by Craft CMS, Raiser’s Edge NXT integration and measurable digital performance. Clear signposting leads users to cancer information, support services, donations and shops, while tailored landing pages speak directly to patients, families, professionals and supporters. A new step-by-step Support Finder helps service users reach the information and guidance they need quickly. Behind the scenes, the site is powered by [Craft CMS](https://eyekiller.com/services/craft-cms-agency), giving the Cancer Focus team full control over pages, campaigns and forms. Raiser’s Edge NXT was integrated to manage online donations, fundraising and event registrations, while referral forms connect directly to the AdvicePro CRM through a custom API.
