A not-for-profit regulated by the Department for Communities, their website serves a wide and varied audience, from first-time buyers and existing co-owners to solicitors, financial advisers, and property developers. The relationship began when Co-Ownership appointed Eyekiller to lead a standalone Discovery phase, and the clarity and confidence that process delivered led directly to Eyekiller being commissioned to deliver the full website redevelopment. The result is a Craft CMS-powered platform that places every user group at its centre. Intuitive audience pathways, five custom financial tools, smart search powered by Algolia, and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance combine to create a purposeful, accessible digital experience built to serve one of Northern Ireland's most important public organisations. Stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and a thorough site audit gave both teams a shared, evidence-based foundation. The outputs, including a revised Information Architecture, user journey maps, wireframes, and a detailed scope of works, gave Co-Ownership the clarity to move forward with confidence. Eyekiller was then commissioned to deliver the full build. [User Experience Design](https://eyekiller.com/services/user-experience-design) and a fully documented design system ensured consistency across every page type and audience pathway, with WCAG 2.2 AA compliance built in throughout. Five bespoke financial tools are driven by CMS-controlled parameters, so the team can update variables without developer involvement.
