It serves a wide range of audiences, from individuals facing discrimination and employers navigating their legal obligations, to public authorities with statutory duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. Eyekiller partnered with the Commission to design and build a new website that matched the ambition of their mandate. The result is a rigorously accessible, content-rich digital platform built to WCAG 2.2 AA standards and powered by Craft CMS, giving the Commission a modern, inclusive presence that works for every user it serves. Eyekiller's [discovery](https://eyekiller.com/services/discovery) process began with collaborative workshops to map the information architecture around audience needs. [User experience design](https://eyekiller.com/services/user-experience-design) shaped every decision, from the prominent site-wide search to category tagging that automatically cross-references related content. Accessible design was built in from the outset, with a visual language kept deliberately functional, calm and trustworthy. Built on [Craft CMS](https://eyekiller.com/services/craft-cms-agency), the site gives the Commission's team full editorial control over a substantial content estate, including long-form reports and accessible data tables. Website development was underpinned by secure AWS hosting with resilient infrastructure designed for a public sector service of this scale. A solid technical SEO foundation ensures the site is as discoverable as it is usable, while a bespoke Employer Register Search tool allows businesses to check their Article 47 registration status directly on the site.
